Campania is a land of volcanoes, and the island of Ischia is the clearest proof: hot springs rise from the seabed, the sand steams and the sea warms up among the rocks. Alongside its many paid thermal parks, the island has a few places where hot water is free, first of all Sorgeto Bay.
